●浸水想定区域（想定最大規模・計画規模）は、各河川で想定される条件での大雨が降った場合の河川氾濫時に想定される浸水の範囲と深さを指定した区域です。

●平成27年5月20日に水防法の一部が改正・施行されたことに伴い、以下の通り公表されていますのでご確認ください。
■洪水浸水想定区域
・想定最大規模降雨：想定しうる最大の降雨による浸水範囲・浸水深
・浸水継続時間 ：想定最大規模降雨時に浸水深が50cmを超えてから水が引くまでの時間
・計画規模降雨 ：計画規模の降雨による浸水範囲・浸水深
■家屋倒壊等氾濫想定区域
・氾濫流 ：想定最大降雨による堤防決壊又は氾濫流により木造家屋の倒壊のおそれがある区域

＜土砂災害に関する情報＞
●土砂災害特別警戒区域及び土砂災害警戒区域は、「土砂災害警戒区域等における土砂災害防止対策の推進に関する法律」（通称、土砂災害防止法）に基づき、土砂災害が発生した場合に住民に危害が生じる恐れのある区域として山梨県が指定した区域です。本サイトは富士川町内の土砂災害の現象別に、急傾斜地の崩壊(がけ崩れ)、土石流、地滑りの3現象を表示しています。

●山梨県より、令和5年5月26日に発表された「山梨県地震被害想定調査結果」データを元に作成しています。
当ハザードマップでは代表的な３つの想定される地震の震度分布を表示しています。
・南海トラフ巨大地震（東側ケース）
・糸魚川-静岡構造線断層帯 南部区間（Case2）
・曽根丘陵断層帯
※調査結果はあくまで予測（目安）であり、実際の発災時には地震動をはじめ被害の状況は想定と異なることも予想されます。

２．富士川町は次の各号の何れかに該当する場合は、利用者に事前の通知をすることなく一時的に本サイト運営の全部又は一部を中断することができるものとします。
(1)本サイトの保守・点検を緊急に行う場合。
(2)火災・停電等の事故、地震・洪水等の天災、戦争、暴動、労働争議等により、本サイトの運営が不可能となった場合。
(3) 富士川町が、運用上又は技術上やむを得ず本サイトの運営一時中断が必要であると判断した場合。
(4)本サイトの障害等により、本サイトの運営ができなくなった場合。
